I thought this project was interesting, but there were some part that weren't to my liking. Even though it was tough to write, I enjoyed writing the In Cold Blood essay because it allowed me to expand my thoughts on something I might not always look over. In addition, I really enjoyed writing the creative writing pieces because writing is one of my hobbies and creating a story plot with limited space was a fun challenge. However, I did not like how we read ICB in the sense that it took way too long in my opinion. It took us over a month to read and we sometimes took long breaks in between reading. This might just be me since I usually read a book within a week or two of finishing it, but I still feel as though I could have made an even more cohesive essay had we read ICB in a more consistent manner. That being said, what we did while reading the book-stick notes about different lenses-I did not mind at all. The overall project itself is a good project to do as it opens many ideas for students to think about. However, the two things I will say is that the reflection process needs to start much earlier in preparation for DP updates, and as stated earlier, how to read ICB needs to be rethought. That being said, the final exhibition was pretty awesome. The mural turned out great, and everyone worked really hard to set up and display the kinetic art pieces as well as the rotating display for the creative writing pieces(had to be made from scratch, picture on the right).
On a personal level, I'm pretty proud of my work. I put a lot of effort into my creative writing piece and I'm really happy with how well my kinetic art and mural square came out considering that I'm not a very good artist. However, as always I definitively think I could have done better in some areas. My ICB essay could have been a little more organized and I wish I had maybe managed my time a little better between completing it, and my kinetic art piece. I also think my creative writing piece could have been improved upon as well. Don't get me wrong, I think it turned out good, I just know that going back I would have tried to make the connections between details a little more solid.
Perspective means to me in simple terms viewpoints and how someone or something looks at a subject, problem, or something the requires extensive thought. The most challenging things about this project for me was probably keeping my Creative Writing pieces under 3000 words because I really wanted to be able to expand on my story more. However, I eventually wrote out a plot where I could still tell a good story and set about making sure I was making a cohesive story plot. This project has even furthered my ability to look at literature and world issues from an open perspective. It hasn't given me the magical powers to understand everything, but it has helped me be able to decipher things on a more deeper level.

The exhibition itself was good considering we set it up in less than a week. I personally worked, along with three other people, on formatting everyone's Creative Writing pieces so that they would fit on the spinning display people had designed. In addition, we put a QR code that linked the rest of the students work to those at the exhibition because we couldn't fit all of peoples work on the display.
